Challenge

The platform should provide a high-quality viewing experience with clear and sharp images, smooth playback and minimal buffering or lag. Solution

The Andersen team divided their work on Cinemeye into three main blocks. The team's main task was to answer all issues reported by regular users and handle up to 250-500 user requests per day. All these requests had to be answered as quickly as possible in order to provide users with a high-quality experience. In addition, the QA engineers worked with the developers on the issue and processed the bugs reported to the system.

The QA engineers also created a complete bug fix for the bugs discovered. The team then tested the updated platform in the sandbox and in the production environment. In the last two weeks before the product launch, the engineering team decided to perform the full regression testing of the product. This allowed the QA engineers to eliminate all potential malfunctions of the updated platform. The tests were carried out by Andersen according to the established schedule and with a particularly strict quality control system.

Results

As a result, the launch of the updated platform was successful and it was delivered on time. Cinemeye achieved more than 3 million downloads of its application, and over thirty percent of monthly active users returned to the platform. Solution

Our client already had an R & D department focused on developing digital solutions in the areas of asset management, investments, loans, insurance and more. In turn, Innowise Group was tasked with developing a back-office application for investments that could be extended with new features (for web/mobile applications, localizations, etc.) as needed. Together with the client's internal specialists, we developed an integrated investment platform with a set of microservices to facilitate the management of financial assets.

Results

Innowise Group developed an investment portal that provides information on users' investment portfolios, statistics on asset distribution and changes in value, and includes information on deposits, stocks, bonds, retirement savings and more. In addition to updating the user interface, the project team introduced both user and administrator roles. Users can view their account balance, transfer funds, control investments, pay bills, and manage their account information, while bank managers, as administrators, can set various preferences (currencies, questionnaires, goals, templates, localizations, etc.), define roles and responsibilities, and grant access to system artifacts.
