Audaris is an absolutely top program that I wouldn't want to do without in my day-to-day work. There is hardly a wish left unfulfilled and there are almost never any problems. Everything simply works as it should. What's more, the program is pretty self-explanatory. Training new employees is therefore uncomplicated and you also receive consistently positive feedback from this side. The website, which is set up and maintained by Audaris (optional), also makes an extremely professional impression and works perfectly on both desktop and mobile. 0As a long-standing partner in the field of digital solutions for car dealerships, I can recommend Audaris without reservation. Their expertise in SEO and website development is outstanding. Audaris always keeps its finger on the pulse and proactively supports important legal measures, such as the implementation of the PKW-EnVKV or the integration of GDPR-relevant topics such as the implementation of cookie banners, with the appropriate digital infrastructure. It is remarkable that in some cases the management personally takes the time to ensure prompt implementation. The support is fast and the employees are extremely friendly. Basically very poor customer service. (1 star) Vehicle management is basically (2nd star) good, but not finally thought through, this becomes apparent if you work with it for longer, see last section. Requests for customization (small things), e.g. adding a third bank to the stationery, take at least 4 weeks and longer to get an answer. We are currently still waiting for an answer as to whether a third bank can be displayed on the stationery, how much it will cost and when it can be implemented. In my opinion, this is absolutely unacceptable. Vehicle manager ads are often incorrect in our case because the additional fields of Mobile (Premium) are not filled in the ad. Only the first attribute is included, the other two are not displayed. We have also made an inquiry here and have been waiting for a response for weeks. During the implementation and commissioning of the CRM module, we had a 2-hour call with the responsible employee at the beginning of 2023 with Audaris. Have communicated customization requests and are still waiting for implementation. On repeated request, the employee became stroppy. Nevertheless, nothing more was done by Audaris. It is important to mention here that the changes were promised on a small scale, but nothing has happened. Basically, I cannot recommend the CRM if you are digitally positioned and have agile workflows. A simple example: An existing lead is being processed and you put it on resubmission. In the meantime, 100 new leads arrive and the lead is then displayed again on the date on which it was initially recorded in the system. In practice, this means that you have to remember to open the lead on page 3 that you have put on resubmission in three weeks' time. This is just one example of many. Audaris advertises with a bidirectional API interface, which they do not currently have. In my view, this is a major shortcoming, as it is not possible to represent further automation with third-party systems and you are therefore reliant on recurring tasks having to be carried out manually. The vehicle management is okay, but many functions are not well thought out and only half-bakedly integrated into the system. For example, you can specify the key location, but the system does not check for duplicate entries, so you could enter the same key location in two different data records for different vehicles. The same applies to vehicle storage locations, etc. Lots of little inconsistencies. Another example is the reminder function for price adjustments, the field exists but does not work. You can create workshop cards/workshop orders, but the current date is not displayed on the document, etc. Lots of little things that, all in all, show good vehicle management in a bad light. I can only recommend the vehicle management if you only use it and don't need any adjustments. Unfortunately, customer service is simply very poor.

The support is outstanding, because quick and efficient help is always guaranteed in the event of questions or problems. The staff are friendly and patient, even with complex issues. Their professional expertise gives me the confidence that I am in good hands. You can also tell that Audaris is really keen to move us forward as a dealership, as potential improvements and ideas are proactively addressed and implemented in consultation with us. I would particularly like to highlight Ms. Helm, Ms. Bartosz, Ms. Wolf and Mr. Stollberg for their outstanding work. They always take the time to answer my questions and help me with my concerns. Their expertise helps me a lot and I appreciate their availability as contacts. Overall, we can recommend Audaris without reservation.
