0Brief background: I develop business processes in the form of automation. For this I build many interfaces and intelligent systems with logics to eliminate media discontinuities AND to drive administrative effort towards 0. For this we have chosen the big package "Enterprise Edition" of Freshservice, so that we have the possibility to realize these automations with APIs. To this package, there was, not exactly inexpensive, a (New German) Successmanager in addition. Now comes my problem: it is NOT possible to write / let alone read into the project tables via API.... Although it was sold that way from the beginning AND it is written in the API documentation. Error 403 Now comes what really bothers me: when I asked for support - I just got the answer "nope, can't do it" and since then my emails are ignored by our, not favorable success manager! Very... really very unprofessional! Conclusion: All "Enterprise" developments can be forgotten with this provider. What you are left with is just the out of the box functionality and woe betide you if you want to customize something.... and let's be honest... which larger company can map its processes with out the box? Unfortunately, the price for the performance of the application is out of proportion. Smaller companies are certainly well served with Freshservice as an out the box ITSM tool. Medium-sized and large companies, however, should give this tool a wide berth. I am looking forward to an answer from our success manager and until then I will work on the fact that in the future (in any company, in which I will be active) - with Freshservice or another product of Freshworks GmbH is worked. 4Worst support ever. We are trying to setup a number which we can use a number for calling and sms (2-way) for 5 months now! The product looks in the few hours we tested in trial but the support is the worst we ever expierenced from any company. They are not able to get thinks done and don't know there own product. [#9383456]
0We used Freshteam of Freshworks. Buying is easy but if you need support they leave you alone! Setup is ok but software hasn’t all features we want (our fault). Intuitiveness is very very bad, feature hard to find, poor usability for hr manager. We cancelled our contract after 3 month but they suspended our account immediately even if we still had 28 days left (we paid the full month already). When we reached out to them we were told that they can do us the favor and unlock the account again. However, it is written in their Help Center that the account remains active until the end of the billing period. This has nothing to do with a favor! After 9 days of the account still being suspended, we were told that they would now do us a favor and unlock the account again. Firstly, this has not yet happened, secondly, we do not want to pay for 31 days and the tool can not be used for 9 days. This is very unprofessional. We have been trying to reach someone for days (by phone) instead only new people are looped into the conversation via email and then they disappear right away. As I mentioned at the beginning, the purchase process is very simple and fast, but if you need help, the service is terrible. Not recommended!
