For the innovative timber house manufacturer from the Allgäu region, it was time to rethink its website. From the classic corporate website to the personalized Baufritz experience.
"Good for people and nature. Without any ifs. Without any buts." Under this philosophy, the Allgäu-based timber house manufacturer Baufritz builds dreamlike prefabricated houses using ecological construction methods.
In over 125 years of company history, the company has achieved a great deal and is considered a pioneer in the field of ecological construction. Baufritz set itself a major goal back in the late 1970s: By using healthy natural building materials, they wanted to replace all chemical building materials wherever possible.
Their secret recipe? Not to be influenced by trends but to always remain true to themselves. The most important ingredients? A good health concept and innovation. Instead of waiting for the market to deliver what they want, they prefer to develop their materials themselves. And with success.
Challenge
Speaking of innovation. In 2020, Baufritz decided that their company website at the time no longer met their own requirements. They wanted to move away from purely informative content and adapt the site to the needs of their prospective homebuyers.
The big wish: The new website should accompany your target group from the initial contact to moving into their new home. In this way, a classic corporate website should become a planning portal for Baufritz customers, which simultaneously promotes sales and reduces the effort on the company side.
