Hands off! Not at all recommendable in our case. There was absolutely no added value. I can only follow and support the previous recessions. But the tip of the iceberg is the unbelievably bad customer service. The manager does not get back to me, the employees also not. The company is great at sending invoices (in advance!!!)! In debt collection threaten even better! Unfortunately, we now also need a lawyer.

Disappointing experience with Saphir Solution - Bad experience already communicated beforehand As the CEO of a company that has already had negative experiences with marketing agencies, I wanted to share my experience with Saphir Solution. In the preliminary meeting, we emphasized our disappointments and were assured that communication and transparency play a major role at Saphir Solution. Unfortunately, our concerns were not taken seriously. Communication was superficial until we asked deeper questions and there were disappointments as well as ignored emails with deadlines set. Although we were able to provide proof of delivery, Saphir Solution claimed not to have received these emails. Our confidence was already shaken when we were offered a clarification call. We pointed out that a contract without a basis of trust was pointless. Nevertheless, Saphir Solution insisted on enforcing their 6-month contract. They merely offered to reduce it to 4 months, without taking into account the cost of services not rendered - a clear rip-off! After signing the contract, Saphir Solution kept trying to sell additional products that were already known but not integrated to justify higher costs. I was disappointed with their business practices and can only advise anyone not to work with Saphir Solution. It is important to note that we have previously left a negative review reflecting our disappointment. If you are looking for honest and reliable marketing service providers, Saphir Solution is definitely not the right choice!

1Disappointing experience - hands off! I would like to share my extremely negative experience with Saphirsolutions to prevent other potential customers from making similar mistakes. After a promising initial conversation with Ms. Anna-Lena, in which I was promised the blue sky, I decided to sign a contract to set up a Google Ad account. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a big mistake. As soon as the contract was signed, the initial sympathy and helpfulness suddenly disappeared. My questions remained unanswered and my emails were not responded to at all. Ms. Anna-Lena's promise to be available at all times was nothing more than empty words. It became clear that Saphirsolutions has a lack of knowledge and that hidden costs only emerge afterwards. Customer service is non-existent and communication is disrespectful. Overall, I can only strongly advise against working with Saphirsolutions. It is a company that does not keep its promises, lets customers down and is not transparent about costs. My experience has been thoroughly disappointing. I hope that my review will help others to make the right decision and protect themselves from similar inconveniences. Perhaps someone from Saphirsolutions will now get in touch to resolve these issues and provide customer-oriented service. Conclusion: Zero stars would be appropriate.

Great experience with SaphirSolution. We had a problem with our merchandise management system and the SaphirSolution dev team helped us very quickly and easily. In my opinion, the transparent communication, accessibility and the independent, solution-oriented way of working should be positively emphasized.
