Rip off!!! No car get despite reservation blame the blame on other organizers just unbelievable !!!! Never again a tip leave your hands off it you will regret it absolutely not recommended
0Unfortunately, one star is still too many. Booked a rental car with Avis 3 days ago. Immediately received a "booking CONFIRMATION" by email from billiger-mietwagen.de. Today I received a call from Avis saying that they had no vehicle because the current renter would need the vehicle for longer. And they couldn't offer another vehicle either. So I called FLOYT support. They made me look stupid because I had only received a reservation confirmation, thank you, but I can read the difference in the word. And if, as a company, you send a reservation confirmation that is NOT supposed to be BINDING, then you should mark the subject of the email as such and not as booking CONFIRMATION. If you as a customer rely on this, you are therefore abandoned. Then they generously say that you can cancel free of charge. Honestly, what's the point of canceling if you need a rental truck???? When I asked what would happen to the significantly higher costs if I had to book another truck elsewhere because no suitable vehicle was shown on billiger-mietwagen.de, I was told: "That's your problem." This is completely unprofessional. I and definitely my immediate environment will no longer use billiger-mietwagen.de and I can only advise everyone against it. If anyone from FLOYT feels moved to apologize sincerely, please get in touch.

Your request was a direct booking with the rental company Avis. In this case, you only reserve the vehicle via our website and only have to pay for it on site. This is therefore not a binding booking, such as with an organizer, but a reservation. However, these offers are rather rare. If you book via an organizer on our portal, this is a binding booking and the problem you mentioned cannot occur. One day (!) before the planned move, the booked van was canceled by cooperation partner Enterprise due to "unavailability" without replacement and visibly unimpressed on the phone. So you can't rely on the "booking confirmation for your booking" by e-mail - what can you rely on then?

My rental via the portal "billiger-mietwagen" in Faro with the rental company Centauro was not satisfactory. We arrived on schedule but late (22h) and the rental station closed at 23h. The voucher said we would be picked up in the arrivals hall. I didn't have a good feeling beforehand and wanted to know which telephone number we could call in the event of a flight delay. I was given Centauro's general service number, but it was unavailable. Unfortunately, we were NOT expected in the arrivals hall as described. We would have had to make our own way (which we didn't know) to the P4 area to the shuttle buses. As time was pressing, we took a cab and unfortunately did not get a receipt for it. My later request to support (#995592) was answered analogously that we had no claims without a receipt. Further emails from me were simply ignored. I see the problem here in the incorrect information on the voucher. Unfortunately, I have been left out in the cold with this problem.

No, this time I wasn't satisfied at all. I got a half-charged e-car, even though I had reserved gas. I also didn't get an invitation card. I have big difficulties and I am not satisfied at all with the last center

Nasty scammers. I had rented a car in Palma. Now I had left my driver's license at home. So we couldn't pick up the car even if we had another driver and were prepared to pay the extra price for the second driver. The rental company wanted to rent us a new car with completely new costs. We couldn't rent it because my wife had her driver's license with her and had to pay with a credit card on the spot. But only I have a Kedidt card and not my wife, this was not possible because the driver must also be the owner of the Kedit card! I call that fraud and a bet ;) even if I can't prove that the car wasn't available. Even after the trip, I reported a recourse to the organizer and described the case in detail. Here you simply receive a two-line rejection email. On the spot I was then told by another car rental company that this was the rule with Billiger Mietwagen in combination with Goldcar. A really nasty club.
