Great agency. Again and again
0I have been in the promo business for a long time, but I have rarely experienced such a fair agency. They think along and try to solve it well for the promoters and the client. Corona has taken away many assignments, but they still try to assign a replacement when possible. Keep up the good work!
0In 2019, I worked as a promoter in the field of pet food for Baron Bremen. Already during the training for this project I noticed negative conditions for the promoter: - part of the remuneration (the quality premium) is paid only several weeks after the completion of the entire promotion period and is thus retained for the time being like a kind of "deposit". - the accounting has been outsourced to save Baron the cost of it, that is, with an external service provider, the promoter uploads his invoice and PAYS FOR IT a percentage of his invoice!!! - from a planned tour with several assignments, half of the assignments were cancelled at short notice, for most of them there was no financial compensation. - Baron wants the promoter to stick to the fixed dates, but does not feel bound to them and is happy to cancel them. The promoter, on the other hand, cannot cancel appointments, but also has no planning security. - The coordination and planning on the part of the agency was so chaotic, unprofessional and unfair to the promoter that the customer (a renowned pet food company) terminated the cooperation with Baron.
