Very nice first contact, delayed second contact on request with the promise to send an offer by the next day. Since then, no response at all despite repeated attempts at contact. It's not a problem if you can't/won't process a request. But honest information about this saves the customer a lot of time and trouble.
0I initially had a promising conversation (about 30 minutes). I was supposed to receive an offer for cooperation within 48 hours. So far nothing - the whole thing happened 3 weeks ago, every email remained unanswered, when I contacted them by phone I was turned away and put off. I am annoyed about the time that was stolen from me, I am pleased not to have invested and lost any money here. Hands off!
