0Impossible! That's not what I call service or customer satisfaction! Underground communication. Unqualified employees. Always the same story! "Thank you for your patience" is something I can no longer hear after 2 months. I placed an order in October and paid the invoice directly. Items were not delivered, although they were supposed to be produced and then delivered within 7-10 working days. 1. "The order is waiting to be picked up by GLS" 2. "The order has disappeared and needs to be produced again" And I keep hearing this information on the phone. There is no sensible reply to emails other than "Thank you for your patience..." On the phone they don't even ask for the order number and say directly "I can understand you, we are prioritizing your order" How is this supposed to work without an order number? Complaints are not forwarded. You can't speak to a supervisor. Would give the same information. Not even a name is given "for data protection reasons". I don't know where I've ended up here. Hope my order will be delivered by Christmas 2O24!
0The worst service I have ever experienced. - Order is on packaging for a month - it is only sent after a call back - Then I got a reminder even though I paid via Paypal - and now I have a Bosch sneaker where the label falls off after wearing it once - I'm now also going round in circles with an incompetent hotline! and all those responsible are hiding behind the hotline staff and are not available or reachable! Hands off this store!
