Super inconsiderate employees in cars that are much too fast. The employee of the vehicle HB-××××× (a black Skoda station wagon in the fastest VR version with a child in the back) should perhaps cycle more often or get a slow car as a company car. On 14.11.2023 at around 08:20 (the road was wet and slippery), he was speeding along Robert-Bunsen-Str. at an insane speed and had trouble stopping before the junction with Justus-Liebig-Str.. It was very narrow and he would have hurt me badly. I slipped away in shock. Afterwards, he said to me why I was cutting across his path... but it's right before left and if he'd been doing 30, I would have seen him sooner, but he came shooting up and was suddenly there. The pictures are attached as proof. I won't have anything printed out there either and I'm still stunned at how recklessly he behaved and how brazenly he thought he was right. Terrible.

0I had my dissertation printed and bound here (approx. 120 double pages, perfect binding). Unfortunately, I was very disappointed here. I had contacted them by phone in advance and agreed on details for the creation of the print file. The telephone information differed greatly from the statements of the responsible employee on site. In the end, the print job could be implemented after all thanks to the addition of another employee. For your information, the job involved a few single-sided pages in an otherwise double-sided print job. The next day, I went to pick up my printed matter and discovered that the adhesive binding failed even when I carefully leafed through the work for the first time to check the print quality, and individual sheets came loose from the binding. This was the case with all three copies. The surprised employee expressed surprise and offered to rework the binding. Later, on the phone, he recommended that I go to another copy center if the quality was not good enough. Due to the approaching deadline, I refused and insisted that one more "attempt" be made to print and bind the work without individual pages coming out when first opened. The third attempt at printing and binding (i.e., a total of 9 copies) finally succeeded and I was able to pick up my 3 ordered copies 3 business days after I placed the order. The print quality is good, but the sheets became very thin during the last printing process, so the backside shows through relatively clearly. The binding survived at least a careful first flip through. I can't say yet whether it will survive a complete reading process. By the way, despite all the delays, the (useless) trips to the document house and the stress, no apology was made when picking up the copies. However, due to the misinformation on the phone (or the information basis of the employee on site) extra costs were charged. I would advise anyone not to have final papers (or printed matter in general) printed and bound here! Quality control is left to the customer and poor bindings are attributed to inferior paper, which was previously suggested and selected by the customer himself. If you want to have your printed matter printed and bound cleanly and save yourself a lot of hassle, blame and stress, you'd better give the "House of Documents" a wide berth!
