Money unfortunately still not received since December 2023.
0Mrs. Schmiedl called while I was locking up my bike. Was already there, but I had to search for another 2 minutes before I rushed up the stairs. When I got to the top at Neuhauser Straße 27, they just shook their heads and impertinently told me that I could leave straight away. At first I thought it was a joke, but it wasn't. Never again!!! Nobody told me that I should have arrived 15 minutes earlier???? I have never experienced anything like this at the former Schmiedl market research.
0Unfortunately, I have to agree in full with the most recently submitted reviews. What has become of the once reliable Schmiedl Marktforschung and its successor Schlesinger Group? Sago - obviously a dubious, unreliable company. I have also been waiting for my incentive since 07.11.2023, have written several emails and called in vain. On the phone, for example, you get the automated message to please contact Sago by email! Thanks for the tip. At the end of December, I actually received a reply saying that my email had been forwarded to the project manager (name withheld) and the accounts department and to please be patient, as there would be delays due to the holidays. I have been patient since the beginning of November last year, the holidays are now over and no money has been transferred. No reply to my new email dated 15.01.2024. Does anyone at Sago still feel responsible for the study participants, without whom, in my opinion, no market research is possible?

01 star is a huge compliment, sadly was collaborating with the company back in August and 4 months later (of course) no follow-ups, answers on emails, payment received. And this after several attempts to contact via email on all possible addresses. Absolutely outrageous. Avoid at all costs.

I've been waiting more than six weeks for my payment, before that the wrong amount was transferred for another study! Rip-off company, just keep your hands off it!!!!

I've been waiting 6 weeks for my money. Be careful, don't waste your time on Sago, underground, even one star is too many. Nobody responds to inquiries. Hands off.
2Not only have I been waiting months for payment for a study, but you can't reach anyone by phone or email. It's not even a large amount, but it's a matter of principle for me. Then I regularly receive invitations which I usually process within 10 minutes of receiving them. And after I've worked my way through a list of questions every time (including questions about salary, bank details and the like), it always ends with the message: "Unfortunately, enough respondents have already taken part with their profile. ( quota full ). This makes me wonder why I get an invitation and have to answer questions before I am rejected because no one else is actually being sought. It would have to be legally checked to what extent data protection is guaranteed here. After all, questions are asked here about medical status, salary, bank details and the like. All of this together paints a very bad picture of Sago and doesn't give me a good feeling as a potential study participant.

Since the company is called Sago and many things are done exclusively by employees in India (such as payment) and hardly anyone can be reached by phone, NOTHING works anymore. You make phone calls and write after your money for months and then you sometimes get too little and then have to write and phone after the fact again. Unfortunately, Sago has (become) by far the most unreliable and dubious market research institute. I will have myself removed from the database as soon as I have finally received my last payment (which I have also been waiting months for). I am only ever put off in English with emails from India. Hands off

16.10.23 Took part in a study for internet users. Still waiting for my incentive, study was finished 20.09. I have requested several times by e-mail but so far no response to any mail from me. Sad, for studies you should always be on the ball but when it comes to payment it takes forever. 17.10.23 Addendum to the reply from the owner: Sent the requested information again. I'm curious to see what happens next. 18.10.23 I have contacted the owner again as requested. But still no answer as to where my money is. There is ZERO availability by phone. No one answers the phone in the accounting department, nor does anyone answer the phone when I call as a potential customer. Very strange. 20.01.23 Well, I still haven't received an email. So I contacted them on Facebook and of course I was put off again. I'm now supposed to receive my money in two weeks' time because supposedly so many participants have taken part. They only responded on Facebook after I left a negative review. So far I see no reason for a positive review. I will continue to report!
