Not recommended!!! I waited over two months for my last invoice. Better look for another agency. I have never seen anything like this in 5 years of experience.
2Money is never paid on time, always weeks late. You always have to run behind, ALWAYS.
3Absolutely not recommended! You get false briefings and, depending on the employee, a different statement or excuse. You are forced to work with a non-functioning portal (I was constantly contacted by different employees that I should submit something that sbrr was actually already done a long time ago), where you also HAVE to submit your invoice (I was told when asked before the assignment that I CAN submit the invoice via the portal. There you are then held up with the report release so that the invoice date is postponed for the time being. After that, the agency has a payment term of 30 days. These have now already elapsed for 10 days. My emails and phone calls have not been answered. With my reminder came the answer:, will be given to the accounting department with emphasis! After The invoice is long overdue, will it be sent to the accounts department? There is a separate e-mail address for forgotten invoices, I would have liked to have known that beforehand, then I would have been spared a lot. The deadline has passed and now the case is with the lawyer, which unfortunately seems to be nothing new for this agency!
4Definitely not recommended. Once worked for them for a day. And that was the LAST time! Does not recognize their mistakes. What was in the contract was not adhered to. Only after I threatened to sue for wages and compensation was the rest transferred to me. But only with the note "We don't see it". It took a total of about 4 months until I got the money. My calls were ignored. I was told lies that weren't true. All in all just terrible. And you can see that from the reviews. If I had checked this beforehand, I would not have accepted it. Simply AVOID. If you want to avoid problems.
3Unfortunately, I can agree with the others regarding the payment behavior, there is still room for improvement here...
3No recommendation! I worked for years as a promoter for we-can at BER. Was always reliable and conscientious. Which you can't say about the agency, because I regularly had to chase payments. I then had my last assignment with a day pass; (I wanted to apply for a permanent airport pass afterwards) I unfortunately fell ill and canceled in good time. The project management then kicked me out of the WhatsApp group without talking to me. After I complained, they said it was just "a misunderstanding". After the incident, I still kept receiving job offers. I applied for one of them (as it was a good fit for my current situation), the project manager said I would be perfect for it, and so on. Today I received the rejection: "Unfortunately, I have to turn you down for the position after internal consultation". That means you can't criticize at this agency - because after that you have no chance of getting another job. Honestly: I'll pass. Anyone who treats their promoters like this shouldn't be surprised at the bad reviews.
4Anyone who wants to work with this agency as a promoter should think twice. After six months of continuous promotion, during which no agreements were kept and I was only put off, regardless of whether project management or managing director, I called in my lawyer. In addition, payment deadlines are simply completely ignored, as the agency likes to simply transfer money when it sees fit, regardless of the contract. Such an agency drives a small businessman to ruin. For me, the agency was the trigger to withdraw from the industry after 7 years of promotion.
