Unfortunately dubious, work with equally dubious partners (e.g. "lose weight without dieting" and subscription traps, answers to inquiries are impersonal, superficial and characterized by greed for sales. No interest in a consensus.
0The system may work well, but I wasn't able to use it the way I needed to. But what I really had a problem with, and therefore only 2 stars, was the cancellation. I didn't find it user-friendly, I spent several hours trying to find a button or notice to cancel. Without success. Maybe it was just my mistake but in my business I use online platforms very often and I never found it so difficult to cancel or find a way to do so. In the end, because the notice period had expired again, I contacted the office and got help. (Maybe I should have done this earlier) It is an online platform and I would have expected to find a quick solution online. Signing a contract and paying is always quick. I still had to pay the annual amount.

I have order a Strafregister wich never arrived. I have contact them several times without response. Already 2 weeks and no one has worked on my case... I would like to have a refund of what I have paid!! Avoid!!!!

Beware of the subscription trap! I have already ordered 2-3x....and was probably lucky at first. Because apparently Digistore doesn't check its sellers. Although I'm very careful, I slipped into a subscription, even though it said "one-time payment" and everything, it wasn't obvious! According to research, a criminal from Dubai! It's a shame that Digistore is destroying its name in this way!
