0There is no more convenient way to order a car. Super contact person. They respond very quickly to queries and provide first-class advice. You are in good hands with Mr. Oosterbeeck. Addendum: 10.11.2023 The initial good impression has unfortunately dwindled because the delivery date was postponed shortly after the contract was signed. And I currently assume that it will take even longer. I had actually opted for meinauto.de because of its fast delivery times, but that doesn't seem to be the case. When I asked, I was told that 9/10 cars are delivered on time. Apparently I happen to be one of 10.... Inquiries are answered very unsatisfactorily. I would probably not order here a second time.

I have increased my rating from two to four stars because the communication with Mobility Concept worked smoothly until the vehicle was delivered. I'm sticking with two stars for MeinAuto. I can only agree with the many bad reviews. After the contract was signed and sealed (offers are okay), you can't even get your advisor Mr. Brüggemann on the phone. I called them twice to ask them to put me through to my consultant. No answer, arrogant and condescending statement, "I'll take care of it". Strange, before the contract I was connected quite quickly. So far, I haven't even received a brief "I'll get back to you" in response to my two emails. For me, this is a very questionable way of working.

Beware of offers with all-weather tires not approved in Germany in winter. I ordered a Ford Ranger with all-weather tires. During a routine check, it was discovered that the all-weather tires supplied and fitted are not approved for winter use in Germany. In the event of an inspection, a fine with one point in Flensburg is threatened. In the event of an accident, the insurance company may not pay out due to these incorrectly supplied tires. When ordering, there was no indication that these were only so-called off-road summer tires. I can only urgently warn against buying these offers, as these all-weather tires are not suitable for all-season use by law. CAUTION!!! Queries to customer service are not answered even after 2 weeks. They can't, won't or won't answer. There has been no suggestion for a solution so far, the staffing level seems to be too low and is not fair to the customer due to the high demand. Update from 23.12.22 I have now received the following email: Dear Mr. B. After checking with the dealer and the deal description, the vehicle has been delivered with all-terrain tires. Accordingly, the vehicle was also delivered with the correct tires. If the tires do not have the snowflake symbol, they may not be used in winter. In this case, 20.8 applies, which states that the customer must ensure that the tires are suitable for use in all weather conditions. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Mit freundlichen Grüßen / With kind regards Your customer service What nonsense!!! The Ranger does not have all-terrain tires. Then everything would be fine (incl. mountain and snowflake symbol). Even after consultation with the dealer, the Ranger only has off-road summer tires, as ordered by Mobility Concept. If I had known that the tires were not permitted, I would have ordered additional winter tires. UPDATE: They have since realized that I was right and have now integrated a chargeable option for winter tyres into their ordering process. You learn from your mistakes, but you have to admit them.

0Short update after 2 months: The problem has still not been solved. You don't even deserve this one star! At the beginning you lure the customers and as soon as they have signed they are obviously forgotten. Overpriced and incompetent employees, at least the ones who looked after me at the end! In the end there were only problems with the company due to a change in my bank details, even though I communicated everything, sent all the necessary documents and called several times to tell them myself that nothing had been debited. I was always put off and ultimately had to take everything into my own hands as a customer, very poor customer service! I didn't even get a reply to some of my complaint emails, let alone a call back (which I had requested). On top of that, I got 5 calls from the same employee who wanted to sell me another car after I had already told him in the first call that I would buy the car out. And now in retrospect, after I have paid all the bills, I can still run after a reduction in value that the company still owes me! NEVER AGAIN and definitely not to be recommended! Especially with these new prices/interest rates, you can get away with better interest rates elsewhere!

I signed a leasing contract in June for a car that was due to arrive in July. After several calls they said August, then September, then October at the latest. It's now November and I'm still without a car. As friendly as I am, I still show understanding for the delay in delivery of the car and suggest perhaps taking another car. It's not that easy to get out of the leasing contract either. You have to be patient until mid-November and then you can apply for default. My conclusion: The delivery dates offered on the website cannot be kept at all. Obtaining a leasing contract as a self-employed person is not that easy either. Many queries complicate the process. What a pity.

A Ford Transit was advertised and after I placed a binding leasing order, the leasing rate was almost quadrupled! It was a complete waste of time to register, identify myself and prove my creditworthiness etc. Update after standard response from MeinAuto.de: It's a shame that the cause is being sought from the customer here without examining the individual circumstances. In my case, an offer was placed online to which the provider did not feel bound. I was told that the price advertised was too low "by mistake". But is that true? Or is this a systematic attempt to attract customers?

Evaluation refers to the partner Mobility Concept Beware of used car leasing!!! 04.10.2023 I have just received my statement and now previous damage that was assessed as signs of use by an employee at the time of handover (there was no expert opinion) is being charged to me as excessive use by an expert after 3 years and billed. Even photos of damage, which I had taken after the handover and which were confirmed by my car, were not taken into account and I am now expected to pay. This is almost ..... I am still in the process of clarifying the matter, and if an agreement is reached, I will of course adjust my assessment. Update 1 06.10.2023 I got another message from the clerk, a small damage has now been taken out, but the biggest damage, exactly the one that I photographed when I took over and received confirmation by email that it had been recorded, was not taken into account. (Front right mudguard) Incidentally, the 9,000 KM less I drove will not be credited to me, as I returned the vehicle 14 (!!!) days too early. Guys eh......... Sorry, I'm going to stick to my guns and say that it looks like they're trying to make as much money as possible to the detriment of the customer. Update 2 12.10.2023 Today I got feedback from customer service, who tried again to reach a goodwill arrangement for the almost 10,000 fewer kilometers (worth € 960). I was told that I had already been accommodated (it should be mentioned here that I had only reminded them of known previous damage that had been tried to be billed twice) and that no further accommodation was possible. It is also important to mention that I informed Mobility Concept in advance about the return date, but they did not consider it necessary to inform me that if I returned the car early (14 days !!!!!), the mileage reduction would be forfeited. Conclusion: Mobility Concept tries to charge for previous damage several times Mobility Concept gets back a car with a massively increased value due to the reduced mileage and still enforces reductions in value with reference to the GTCs. It doesn't matter that I couldn't find another date for the return for scheduling reasons. As I said, we're not talking about 1 - 2 months here, but 10 working days! Everyone should think again and ask themselves whether they should really conclude a leasing contract for a used car with this association!!!! Update 30.10.2023 They wanted to look at this case again, but today the debit notice came without a kilometer credit. This means no goodwill whatsoever, over 9,000 km forfeited because the car was returned 10 working days too early. People, think for yourselves. Reference 3744820
